Plaza De Los Amigos
Mexico has always been one of my favorite pavillions at EPCOT. I like any place where I can be indoors but it seems like I'm outdoors (Pirates of the Caribbean, the little village at the end of the Maelstrom, etc). Here in the Plaza De Los Amigos is a bustling marketplace offering exotic trinkets from south of the border, a lively boat ride with Donald Duck and friends, and riverside dining at the San Angel Inn.

Like you, I love Mexico, Pirates, and the end of the Maelstrom ride. I think the reason for my preference has more to do with the darkness, because I also love The Haunted Mansion. Unfortunately, I hate the clumsy insertion of The Three Caballeros into El Rio del Tiempo ride.
