There are a lot of complaints (which I agree with) on the internet these days about how Monsters, Inc Laugh Floor and Buzz Lightyear's Spaceranger Spin don't belong in Tomorrowland. Oddly, no one ever mentions the Tomorrowland Speedway. Perhaps this is because it's always been there (previously as the Grand Prix Raceway) people tend to overlook it. It's always been a very popular attraction but is there any reason why it can't get some kind of futuristic makeover. Perhaps giving the cars really cool concept car designs instead of these standard 1975 race car bodies would help. On the other hand, perhaps I shouldn't scream too loudly for change or they might give them all the bodies of characters from Cars!

I recently tried to video this attraction before its demise later this year to make room for a princess meet & greet. It didn't go so well since the ride is too dark. Instead I have these pictures. I don't normally rant here, but the idea of removing an attraction to create a place to meet characters, an activity that can take place anywhere, seems absolutely absurd. Ms. White, you will be missed.
Two pictures of the exterior.
Several pictures of the loading area.
Dopey waves goodbye. Soon for the last time.
You see, character greetings can happen anywhere (from 2000, I'm the first real person on the lower right).
