France At Night

Just a few pictures taken last week during the Flower and Garden Festival of the France pavillion at night.  One of these days I need to break down and take my full size tripod to the parks.  I keep using a little mini one I have which requires me to find a surface to place it on severely limiting the shots that I can get.
