Wow! This guide gave a much more thorough description of each exhibit. Although less pretty, the map seemed much clearer, too.
Incidentally, when I went to EPCOT with friends a few weeks ago, they turned me on to Club Cool. I had no clue what they were talking about and felt sure it no longer existed. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed taste testing free samples of international sodas - some tasty, others nasty.
I know, I greatly preferred these over the current maps. I'm sure they were a lot more expensive to produce.
They have an area like Club Cool inside the World Of Coka-Cola here in Atlanta. When we were there in January they had a seasonal Gingerbread flavor. I thought it was awful.
At EPCOT, I liked a lemon flavored soda well enough that I would buy it. (I think it came from Israel?) The vitamin-enhanced Japanese one was okay - similar to an orange sports drink. Another offering tasted like cherry cough medicine, complete with a burning sensation in the nose and throat. Although this happened less than I month ago, I can't remember anything about the one that almost made me throw up.
