Sorcery In The Sky
A few pictures of Sorcery In The Sky. These were all taken without a tripod in the pre-digital era so please excuse their general lack of quality. I really miss these fireworks.
Sorcerer Mickey sits atop the Chinese Theater after the finale.
This shot was actually taken from the Buena Vista Drive bridge over by the Boardwalk. If it wasn't jittery you could make out the main entrance of the Studios and some of the neon of Hollywood Boulevard.
Another shot across the lake.

A Chinese Theater Christmas
Let's travel back to a simpler time before giant, hideous, ridiculous sorcerer hats dominated the landscape and take a moment in front of the Christmas Tree. Running around the bottom of the tree was a model train with miniture Hollywood landmarks along the tracks. Since the installation of "the hat", the Christmas tree has been outside the gates to the Studio. Perhaps if we all wish and dream hard enough this view will one day be available again.

Chinese Theater
A couple of black and white photos of the Chinese Theater and some handprints. The black and whites are actually from black and white film (for those of you who remember what film was) and not digital b&w.
